If you've ever experienced allergies from pollen then you know how uncomfortable they can be. And what seems to be common is that individuals can go literally years without experiencing allergies then suddenly be a victim of them again.
This actually happened to me. Our area has had a considerably larger amount of rain this year than normal. And while the trees and grass are basking in it, pollen levels are at an all time high. So after more than 6 years of not suffering from allergies, this summer, I've had an ongoing battle. I started adding Liposomal Vitamin C to my daily regimen and have seen great improvement. I can smell again and breathe through my nose; go a whole day without sneezing.
Allergies are induced when your body is suffering from foreign particles causing your immune system to kick into high gear. Inflammatory responses begin that are noticed through your mucous membranes and skin, releasing histamines. Histamines have the ability to cause asthma, hives, runny nose, itchy throat and eyes, just to name a few.
Liposomal Vitamin C naturally contains anti-inflammatory properties and fights free radicals which again are foreign matters to the body.
I personally found that taking vitamin C while simultaneously decreasing my sugar intake and limiting breads my allergies subsided.
One more thing worth mentioning, is the Liposomal Vitamin C with Glutathione offers even bigger anti-inflammatory properties because glutathione is naturally produced in the body. When glutathione and Vitamin C work together it is even more beneficial.
Take charge of your health!

Importance of Antioxidants
Antioxidants play a major role in the body by way of
fighting off infection and increasing the strength of the immune system.
A lifestyle rich in antioxidant foods and the proper types of
supplements can go a long way in avoiding various diseases and chronic
illnesses.
With an over abundance of exposure to free radicals in the
environment along with the body’s production of toxic free radicals, oxidative
stress is developed. This contributes to
deterioration of cells and organs in the body, and is what makes the need for
antioxidants so crucial.
When you provide your body with the right types of
antioxidants, the free radicals are destroyed, enabling the immune system to
work more efficiently. A free radical is
a molecule that has an unpaired electron.
Since electrons normally exist in pairs, the free radical makes its way
through the body in search of a molecule to pair with this oddball. However, the end result is the destruction of
healthy cells. In comes the antioxidant
to the rescue, because the antioxidant is able to neutralize the free radical
by providing that needed electron, thus stopping the destruction in its
path.
The uniqueness of the antioxidant is that it possesses the
ability to maintain stability even when neutralizing the free radical,
therefore the immune system is able to grow stronger.
There are many types of antioxidants and each offer their
own benefit. For example glutathione is
naturally present in the body and actually gives other antioxidants such as
Vitamins A & E a boost in strength and longevity towards regulating DNA
repair.
Then selenium helps to prevent damage at the cellular level
and enhance the immune system.
A variety of antioxidants can be found in fresh fruits and
vegetables and providing healthy nutritious foods to your body is very beneficial. Also when you supplement your diet with
specific minerals such as zinc, vitamin E, vitamin C and carotenoids, you are
providing your body with the tools to fight off disease and slow down the aging
process.
By maximizing your supply of antioxidants in a variety of
ways, you will nourish and support your immune system as well as cellular health.

Vitamin C and DMSO for Cancer
Recently a combination of
DMSO and Vitamin C has been used to attack cancer cells. The reason being is that Vitamin C is similar
to glucose; therefore it is absorbed quickly into the cells, especially cancer
cells.
Cancer cells are anaerobic meaning
they use glucose for metabolic fuel. The
great discovery about using Vitamin C to fight cancer is ingenious, because
vitamin C has the ability to differentiate between cancer cells and health
cells. Furthermore, it is displayed an
ability to even repair cancerous cells.
So when the cancer eagerly consumes the vitamin C it is meeting its own
demise.
In almost all testing conducted on mammals in regards to vitamin C it accumulates in cancer cells and its antioxidant properties begin to do its job repairing. During this synthesizing act, vitamin C interacts with iron and copper within the cells, thus producing minute amounts of hydrogen peroxide, which destroys the cancerous cells.
During procedures conducted by Mark Levine and Dr. Riordan over the course of a fifteen-year span, in the intravenous use of vitamin C in treating cancer, reports state that the vitamin C destroyed cancer cells. However the key is the intravenous method, strictly used under the care of a medical physician.
Intravenous vitamin C does a
lot more than just eradicate cancer cells, it naturally boosts the immune
system, encourages the production of collagen which helps form a barrier of
protection against future cancer growth. Because cancer cells devour up to 15 times
more glucose than healthy cells, theoretically, cancer cells should consume that
much more vitamin C when compared to a normal cell.
It is worth noting that
two-time Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling, and a co-employee, Dr. Ewan Cameron,
M.D., may actually be able to improve and potentially extend the lives of
cancer patients with merely using 10 grams of vitamin C via intravenous method
on a daily basis.
Studies are being conducted
in the Pauling/Cameron protocol with the use of vitamin C in conjunction with
DMSO to further the effectiveness. This
is due to DMSOs ability to act as a delivery method, getting the vitamin C into
the cells more easily.
DMSO and Vitamin C both have
very beneficial aspects and while vitamin C I.V. methods are not accessible, there
is the liposomal vitamin C that has shown very promising results.

Vitamin C and Scurvy
Vitamin C, also
known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that it is very important
for good health. The lack of it in the
human body causes various health issues.
Vitamin C is
well-known for its reputation of having anti-oxidant, anti-aging and immune
boosting properties. A vitamin that is
necessary in good health and unlike most mammals, humans do not have the
ability to make ascorbic acid within the body, and therefore must obtain it
from other sources such as diet and supplements to avoid a deficiency.
A deficiency has
been known to cause several issues. Most
of us have heard mention of scurvy and how the people sailing with Columbus
died of scurvy. This was a result of a severe
lack of vitamin C. Symptoms of scurvy
include swollen and bleeding gums, the re-opening of previously healed wounds,
anemia and exhaustion. There are no
other known causes of scurvy disease other than the deficiency of vitamin C.
While citrus fruits
are recognized as having vitamin C and indeed offer benefit; because of the
amounts needed by the body, versus the meager amounts present in foods and truly
absorbable by the body, it is almost physically impossible to ingest enough to
supply the body with an ample dosage, therefore additional supplementation is
recommended.
Linus Pauling encouraged
taking ample amounts of vitamin C in combination with the amino acid known as lysine
to help reverse the damage of free radicals in the body. There has been much
study on it and it is something you want to have in your supplies, as it has
made a huge impact for many people around the work and has even been said that
it can save your life. done so for so many people around the world. And
the practice of doctors administering it in various ways including
supplementation and via intravenous high-dose, ascorbic acid has helped many
overcome debilitating issues and caused very few side effects in clinical
trials.

Being that vitamin C
is so beneficial to in maintaining a healthy immune system, building collagen
required by skin cells and joint tissue and its anti-aging, anti-inflammatory
abilities, you should choose your form of supplementation very carefully. There are many types on the market, but one
of the newest and most promising is liposomal C because of its combination of
fat making it more soluble on the cellular level. If you’re interested in purchasing liposomal
vitamin C, I’ve had great service at:
